Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong size
  • The product is unused and in original condition

To be eligible:

  • The request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and returned with original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used or damaged products caused by the customer
  • Products without original packaging
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Exchange Process

If you want to exchange a size or product:

  1. Contact us through our Facebook page, website, or customer support
  2. Share your order number and issue details
  3. Our team will confirm the exchange process

Return Options

Option 1: Customer Returns via Courier

Ship the product back at your own cost with the delivery man

After inspection, we’ll refund the product price only (delivery fee excluded).

If ZUQO is at fault, we’ll cover return shipping.

Customers is accountable to bear courier charges for size exchanges unless the mistake was from our side.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • A return is approved due to a verified issue

Processing time may take 5–10 working days after approval.
